All materials created by Ads Value, including but not limited to strategies, content, graphics, and documentation, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer data, marketing approaches, and other proprietary information not publicly known.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ads Value will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Ads Value harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.
